Associate Application Analyst, Poland

Abbott seeks an Associate Application Analyst to support business systems design, configuration, and maintenance for technology platforms in Warsaw. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to resolve application issues, implement system improvements, and provide end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts to assess impact of changes to business systems and platforms
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot system changes on low-complexity software components
• Identify and resolve application issues affecting end-users and cross-functional teams
• Create system documentation and provide end-user training and production support
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflows through technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with technology solutions development or configuration preferred
• Knowledge of business systems in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
