About the project, Build core financial solutions used across the Nordics, , Join Banqsoft’s Asset Finance team in Gdańsk and help develop and modernise solutions powering financing for vehicles, equipment, and other assets used by leading Nordic brands. You’ll be working on systems that directly support business growth and customer onboarding processes., , Why now, , We’re continuously evolving our platform and expanding our engineering capacity., You’ll join a team working on modernising and enhancing critical financial software, with real influence on implementation, quality, and engineering practices.

Your responsibilities, Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C# / .NET, Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and product teams to deliver business-critical functionality, Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with best practices, Participate in code reviews and actively improve code quality, Work in an international environment, contributing to shared product goals, Help solve technical challenges and support continuous improvement of the platform

4+ years of experience with C# / .NET development (backend or fullstack), Strong communication skills in English and Polish, Solid understanding of software development principles and engineering practices, Ownership mindset and ability to collaborate across teams

Optional, Experience with REST, Git, Azure DevOps, SQL Server / T-SQL, Interest in fintech, banking, or financial systems, Interest in AI assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot)
