Your responsibilities

• Actively develop the market by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and expanding the customer base;
• • Drive business growth through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building with new contacts;
• • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system;
• • Build strong knowledge of the company’s offerings, technology, and products to effectively communicate value to Seargin clients;
• • Educate prospects and customers on terminology, features, and benefits of products and services to drive engagement and conversion;
• • Participate in business trips to support sales activities, meetings, and business development initiatives.

Our requirements

• Fluent English (full working proficiency, both written and spoken);
• Strong focus on business development and new customer acquisition, particularly in international markets;
• Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;
• Background or experience in Sales and/or Customer Service;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently while embracing a team-oriented culture;
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization;
• Willingness to travel.
