Twój zakres obowiązków

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for new build/retrofit projects in the marine industry.
• Reviewing and analyzing technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Preparing quantity take-offs and estimating material, labor, subcontractor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborating with engineering, procurement, project management, and production teams to develop accurate project estimates.
• Requesting, evaluating, and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identifying technical and commercial risks and proposing cost-effective solutions.
• Supporting the preparation of commercial offers, tenders, and project proposals.
• Monitoring estimate accuracy throughout the project lifecycle and updating calculations when required.

Nasze wymagania

• Higher education degree in Engineering (preferably Marine, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field).
• Previous experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, or project costing within the marine, shipbuilding, or offshore industry.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
