Join Our Journey at Vazco! ⛵ At Vazco, quality isn’t a final checkpoint - it’s a continuous process that shapes how products are built from day one. We treat QA as an integral part of product development, not just validation. Every project is an opportunity to create reliable, scalable, and meaningful digital experiences - and quality plays a key role in making that happen. If you’re someone who sees beyond test cases, understands user needs, and wants to influence how products are designed and delivered - you’ll feel at home here. About your role As a QA Engineer at Vazco, you will take ownership of quality across the entire development lifecycle. We want to make QA faster and smarter with AI, and you'll be one of the people who makes that happen. You'll look for ways to embed AI tools into every stage of the testing process - from requirement analysis and test design to automation and reporting - and turn them into repeatable, team-wide practices. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and clients, contributing not only to testing but also to product decisions, UX improvements, and overall engineering quality. You meet our criteria if you: Experience working with test automation tools such as TypeScript and Playwright Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications Actively use AI tools in your QA work (e.g. test case and test data generation, automation code assistance, requirement analysis, automation of repetitive tasks) and can show concrete examples of how they sped up your work. Have the initiative and ability to introduce AI-driven improvements into the QA process - not just use tools yourself, but embed them in workflows and share what works with the team. Confidence in communicating in English and Polish and working directly with clients A solid understanding of testing processes, quality standards, and good engineering practices The ability to analyze requirements, identify inconsistencies, and proactively address risks A sense of ownership and the ability to make decisions independently, not just execute tasks Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for finding edge cases and hidden issues Nice to have We’d be excited if you also bring: Experience with mobile automation using Appium or similar tools Experience with AI-assisted or agentic testing approaches (e.g. MCP-based tools, AI agents in test workflows). Curiosity about, or experience with testing AI-based systems (e.g. evaluating model responses, creating datasets, working with prompts) Experience with API testing (REST, GraphQL, Postman, Swagger) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions Your responsibilities will include Taking full ownership of QA processes in the project - from planning to execution and improvement. Introducing and developing AI-supported practices across the QA process (test generation, requirement analysis, test data preparation, reporting, automation of repetitive tasks) to measurably speed up delivery. Analyzing requirements early to identify gaps, risks, and ambiguities before development starts. Designing and maintaining automated test suites (E2E, regression, integration). Testing features across web and mobile platforms at every stage of development. Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with the team and client. Identifying UX issues, quality risks, and opportunities to improve processes - not just reporting bugs, but helping solve them. Sharing knowledge about effective AI use in QA and helping the team adopt it Perks & Benefits Team-building & Company Events - After a day of focused work, there's nothing better than having a much-deserved mental break from responsibilities. Even better when it involves your pals! Be it a go-kart race with your team, a chill session of board games, or a couple of days in Prague - we do whatever fits our fancy. Flexible working hours - Flexible working hours are not about being able to start your work within a specific timeframe. It's about maintaining the work-life balance you deserve. We have no strict "office hours" and embrace your early bird or night owl lifestyle. When you need to take a pause or manage your affairs, it's fine by us. However, we expect you to deliver the work on time and stay responsive on Slack if your colleagues need you (11-15 p.m.).
