Recruitment for

An international organization specialising in production and wholesale distribution of clothing and accessories, supported by internal logistics operations.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse employees (work planning, performance monitoring, training, and development)
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient goods flow across the warehouse
• Oversee inbound quality control processes and ensure compliance with documentation
• Cooperate with logistics service providers (3PL) and transportation companies
• Manage logistics documentation, including import and export documentation
• Resolve operational issues and handle logistics claims (damages, shortages, discrepancies)
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate improvement actions (process optimization, layout, cost efficiency)
• Ensure availability of operational materials (packaging, labeling, equipment)
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and internal procedures

Employer requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, including a leadership role
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, quality control, inventory management
• Proven experience in team management within an operational environment
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to analyze data
• Knowledge of export processes is a plus
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
