B2B Trade Operations Specialist with German and English

THE WORK:

• Manage end-to-end PO processes, including creation, accounting, accruals, and clearance for Trade activities ensuring compliance with internal controls (e.g. SOX)
• Manage MRV (vendor) requests and support contract management processes, including vendor risk assessments
• Own and coordinate execution of account activities with service providers and agencies, ensuring delivery of portfolio strategy (shelf upgrades – planogramming/retrofit, new outlets, secondary placements, compliance checks)
• Maintain and validate customer data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Plan, track, and coordinate delivery of POS materials
• Support development of customer/account-specific assortment proposals based on market share data and client distribution priorities

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in marketing or finance. Experience in managing Trade marketing operations.
• Fluency in German language (C1 level). 
• Good knowledge of English language (min B2 level).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Strong collaborator and cross functional working experience drive for results.
• Proficiency in tools such as Office 365, Salesforce, PowerBI, Shelfplanning, Coupa, SAP NEO, and iCertis, or similar systems,​ is nice to have.
