About the project

Are you passionate about providing exceptional technical support, improving processes, and working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a CTS Analyst to join our client's technology services team and help ensure secure, efficient, and scalable solutions for our colleagues.

As a Colleague Technology Services Analyst, you will work within an agile team to manage internal infrastructure, SaaS applications, and device systems. You’ll play a key role in optimizing technology operations, supporting end-users, and implementing process automation for greater efficiency and security.

This role is ideal for self-starters who enjoy combining technical expertise with collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide technical support for employees via the Service Desk platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain and manage devices to ensure security and compliance with remote and enterprise policies.
• Execute tasks and projects designed to improve security and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with teams such as Service Management, Security, Engineering, and HR to maintain technology performance.
• Create and maintain accurate asset records and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements, helping scale operations.
• Ensure systems conform to internal security policies, privacy regulations, and best practices.
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

• Technical knowledge in administration of tools and platforms such as: Jamf Pro, macOS Administration, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management), and SSO Management.
• Understanding of Information Security fundamentals and security controls.
• Self-driven learner with an ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively in agile environments.
• Ability to analyze and automate processes using workflow automation tools.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective messaging across teams.
