Your responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights to support decision-making at the highest level
- Drive transparency and control over SG&A, identifying efficiency opportunities and supporting cost optimization initiatives
- Evaluate and challenge investment cases, ensuring robust financial analysis and clear performance tracking post-implementation
- Support and influence strategic projects, bringing financial perspective to complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute actively to senior leadership discussions, offering both financial and commercial viewpoints
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality weekly and monthly performance insights, focusing on key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance decision support.
Our requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, operational finance, or business partnering roles (retail or consumer-facing industry experience preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to operational reality
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo
- Experience in investment appraisal and performance tracking
- Highly proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools such as Power BI, SAP, or Jedox is an advantage
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are welcome but not required
- Fluent English
- Willingness to cooperate on the basis of a fixed‑term contract.
