Your responsibilities

• Handling email and telephone communication with clients
• Responding to client inquiries and resolving ongoing issues
• Cooperating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of service
• Updating data in the CRM system
• Monitoring and reporting customer requests

Employer requirements

• Very good command of German (minimum C1 level)
• Previous experience in customer service will be a strong asset
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented approach
