Your responsibilities

• This role is an integral part of our repairs administration team.
• You will be joining a small, friendly team, supporting a growing worldwide client base.
• As a member of the repairs team, you will be managing all aspects of the repairs process, from obtaining quotes through to completing purchases.
• You will also be liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.
• Additionally, you will have regular contact with repair workshops.

Our requirements

• The successful candidate must have very good skills in spoken and written English.
• Good administration, organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your work
• A great eye for detail and the ability to always maintain accuracy
• The ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
• Good communication skills and comfortable using the phone
• A team-based approach with a willingness to help others when needed

Optional

The ideal candidate will have aviation and ERP experience, but neither are essential!
