For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of a Senior Recruiter with language.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- – People champion
- Lead job briefing and sourcing strategy
- Pipeline management: manage pipelines and support CRM activities within ATS
- Ensure data enrichment and accuracy/completeness for inbound, rediscovery & talent pool prioritization
- Own stakeholder engagement (share market insights to Local TA)
- Support Best Recruiter development
- – Operational master
- Source & screen for candidates
- Publish job ads through relevant sourcing channels (internal and external) and monitor quality and visibility
- Drive sourcing (LinkedIn Boolean Search) and develop talent pools
- Screen (CV and First Qualification Call) and shortlist candidates; partner with Local TA on progression and selection
- Schedule interviews with local TA
- Monitor internal applications (POP Regional)
- – Data & Reporting
- Maintain data & records in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Set up sourcing/screening dashboards & reports and share outputs to the TA teams
- Around 5 years of experience
- Proven experience recruiting FMCG profiles according to the function (business, corporate or operations and research and innovation)
- Nice-to-have: previous experience in a Shared Service Center
- English – C1 and another European language required (Spanish, Garman, Italian, Dutch – B1+/B2)
- Business acumen
- Experience in candidate sourcing and selection

- Employment contract directly with the company (initial 3-month contract, subsequent indefinite-term contract)
