Head of Public Affairs & Corporate Communication (Poland)

As a Public Affairs & Corporate communication manager you will deploy and adapt the Group’s Public Affairs and Corporate Communication strategy at the national level.

Responsibilities

• Secure the local regulatory framework and implement our strategies
• Anticipate political risks
• Structure sustainable influence networks
• Master the institutional narrative within the country
• Deploy the Group Strategy and adapt arguments to each country’s specifics
• Ensure coherence of local positions with the Group’s line
• Continuous monitoring of political and societal risks
• Follow legislative debates and propose action plans
• Regular reporting to headquarters with a strategic view
• Produce strategic notes in case of legislative risk; coordinate locally with Legal and Country Management; prepare amendments or written positions if necessary; rapidly activate institutional relay points
• Contribute to the work of professional associations; establish relationships with key decision-makers; maintain institutional relations with sport partners; integrate into national tech and economic ecosystems
• Manage digital institutional communication (national LinkedIn account); local deployment of corporate campaigns; coordinate with communication agencies; public speaking (official hearings, media, etc.); build journalist & influencer network

• Strong writing, argumentation, and oral presentation skills
• Understanding of reputational risks
• Sense of reactivity, political awareness, and relational ease
