Junior Customer Service Representatives

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in Polish and English (C1), we want to hear from you.

Position Details:

• Experience : Up to 1 year in customer service
• Language : Fluent Polish and English (C1)
• Location: Anywhere in Poland (100% remote work)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Handle incoming calls from UK customers, with occasional outgoing calls
• Assist customers with banking services, including account management, account closures, data verification, and document completion
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Polish and English (C1)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills ️
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) departments is a plus ️‍♂️
