Speak and Roll Language Centre is Hiring an English Teacher!

Speak and Roll Language Centre is looking for an English teacher who is either a native speaker or has a near-native level of English proficiency.

We are searching for an energetic, creative, and communicative person who can inspire students to love learning English and help them overcome the language barrier.

Who Do We Teach?

We provide English courses for:

• Children from the age of 3

• Primary school students

• Teenagers

• Adults

• Corporate clients

• Students preparing for the Polish 8th Grade Exam, Matura Exam, FCE, and CAE

Although we teach learners of all ages, the majority of our students are children and teenagers. Therefore, in addition to excellent English skills, a strong knowledge of grammar and the ability to explain it in a simple, practical, and engaging way are essential.

At Speak and Roll, communication comes first. From their very first lesson, students actively use English. We teach grammar through practice, conversation, repetition, and real-life communication rather than traditional lectures.

About Speak and Roll

Speak and Roll Language Centre has been successfully teaching children, teenagers, and adults since 2007. We specialize in a speaking-focused approach, using our own unique teaching method and proprietary textbooks, Speak&Go Part 1 and Speak&Go Part 2.

Our classes are led by experienced teachers and native speakers from around the world, giving students the opportunity to learn authentic language and gain confidence in real-life communication.

At Speak and Roll, languages are combined with music, travel, creativity, and international experiences.

Language Camps

Every year we organize three language camps in Poland and abroad, which means our cooperation with teachers continues throughout most of the year.

Our teachers have the opportunity to join these camps as instructors and camp counselors, leading language activities in a unique atmosphere filled with fun, travel, adventure, and international experiences.

• Strong knowledge of English grammar

• Knowledge of language teaching methodology

• Creativity and enthusiasm in the classroom

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude, a warm smile, and lots of good energy
