Join the team as a Logistics Cost Analyst and ensure full compliance of transport expenses with carrier agreements. You will be responsible for handling processes in SAP, accurately classifying air freight costs, and running regular audits. If you can streamline reporting through modern tools, this role is for you.
What will your tasks involve?
- supporting process of logistics invoices approval in line with agreed rates with carriers
- maintaining Framework Orders in SAP to allow shipment cost documents proper processing
- assuring Freight, Bill and Audit process adherence by performing controls on weeky and monthly basis
- maintaining Global Air Freight cost report assuring all costs for performed airshipments are properly classified
- improving and accelerating reporting by introducing new solutions and tools
What we expect from you?
- advanced MS Excel skills
- practical knowledge of Power BI
- professional working proficiency in English (B2+)
- strong communication skills
- proactive problem resolution
- agility and a continuous improvement mindset
- ability to work independently and set priorities, delivering results within agreed timeframe
