Finance Assistant (Part-time)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Part-Time Finance Administrator to support our team with the processing of primary financial documentation, including review and verification of receipts and expense records.
This is a flexible, part-time role suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers and documents in a dynamic, international environment. You can work fully remotely or from our office in Mokotów, Warsaw — whichever works best for you.
Responsibilities
Review and verify receipts and primary financial documents
Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted documentation
Communicate with team members regarding missing or incorrect documents
Maintain organised records in accordance with internal procedures
Requirements
Good command of English (written and spoken) — essential, as you will be working within an international team
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to document processing
Basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, email, document management tools)
Nice to Have
Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or financial administration
Familiarity with expense management or ERP systems
