Your responsibilities

We are growing and to be able to support our growth we are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to take care of our existing customers. This is one of the key roles in our company to fullfill the mission of being trusted partner, building strong relationships with key customers and extending our services.

Are you an ambitious salesperson with a flair for building long-lasting relationships? Are you passionate about account management and customer experience? Do you have a winner attitude? If so, you might be the perfect candidate we are looking for!

Your challenges

- Nurturing relationships, culitivating and sustaining robust connections with portfolio of assigned customers

- Cross-selling and up-selling services to customers

- Crafting proposals and leading negotiations

- Cooperating with internal departments

- Managing a team of IT engineers

- Achieving of the set sales targets

Our requirements

• MA in business administration, sales or similar
• Wide experience in sales positions (preferred in IT Services and IT Consulting)
• Knowledge of the IT landscape
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Determination and ambition to achieve goals
• Outgoing, proactive, and open-minded personality
• Ability to work independently and manage own time
• Professional approach to work and strong sense of responsibility
