Software Engineer 1

Cencora seeks a Software Engineer 1 to join a new engineering team in Poland developing pharmaceutical Trial Master File software. This early-career role offers mentorship, exposure to modern development tools, and the opportunity to grow technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Fix basic bugs independently after training
• Develop new functionality with mentor support
• Build software using .NET and C# in modern engineering environment
• Use Git for version control including commits, branches, merges, and pull requests
• Test own code and maintain quality standards including with AI assistance

Requirements

• 1+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft .NET and C#
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or VS Code
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools
• Degree, bootcamp, or ongoing study in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
