Sybilla Technologies designs builds and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team
Your responsibilities:
- Providing support in daily sales tasks.
- Organizing and coordinating the calendar of meetings and preparing necessary materials for those meetings.
- Drafting, editing, and finalizing sales agreements and other business documents.
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of documentation before handing it over to clients.
- Regularly updating data in the CRM system, entering information about clients and transactions.
- Monitoring the status of clients and inquiries, ensuring the database is up-to-date.
- Creating sales offers in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
- Closely collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to tailor offers to client needs.
- Receiving, analyzing, and responding to client inquiries.
- Monitoring the bidding process and ensuring that all required documents are delivered on time.
- Maintaining organization and order in the sales process, ensuring that all activities are completed according to the schedule.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation.
- Managing business correspondence, archiving documents, and maintaining order in sales documentation.
- Regular review of tenders and public bulletins, along with their analysis and recommendations.
- Preparing sales reports for the team’s needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with a large volume of documents.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure.
- English language proficiency at B2 level and native Polish speaker.

- Interest in Space related topics.
Terms of employment:
- Remote employment model (Bydgoszcz/Zielonka) - occasional visits.
- Salary: 5000 – 7500 PLN on employment contract depending on your experience and qualifications.
