Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in analyzing complex datasets and translating data into actionable business recommendations. You'll be a key link in the process of creating intelligent automotive systems (e.g., DMS - Driver Monitoring Systems). Your work will evolve from foundational work (data organization and labeling), through the analysis of scientific publications, to providing critical input to the software team building the future of automotive systems.
Requirements
Experience & Education: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics.
Mandatory
- Good knowledge of Python
- Experience with image processing and sequential signal analysis
- Experience with CVAT (or Encord, V7 Labs, Dataloop)
- Research mindset
- Polish language
- Office 5 days per week
Nice‑to‑have
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with SQL and aggregating unstructured data collected from multiple sources
- Experience with software development
- Experience with human behavior analysis
- Deep Learning experience – classification, object detection, tracking, Meta Segment Anything Models, pose detection
- Experience with s3/Google Cloud Storage/Azure Blob
- Experience with VM orchestration, transferring data, rsync, Samba
Job Responsibilities
Video Analysis & Research: Conducting in-depth analysis of video materials to identify behavioral patterns, correlations and opportunities for optimization. Support research and development of driver monitoring algorithms based on interior cabin sensors input.
Data Strategy & Labeling: Organizing, categorizing, and labeling data (especially video). Building a solid foundation for algorithm development.
Scientific Research: Analysis of scientific publications and research reports in order to implement the latest discoveries into our solutions.
Algorithm Support: Collaboration with a team of software engineers – translating analysis results into specific guidelines for improving algorithms.
Rule Development: Creating and testing analytical rules yourself.
Holistic UX Thinking: Analyzing systems from the driver's perspective – ensuring that technology aligns with the real user experience in the car.
