Tender Management Specialist in Healthcare Proposal Factory team (m/f/x)

Job Description

The Tender Management team provides service to UPS Healthcare Account Management in the United States and Europe. The role involves managing all internal customers’ requests for RFx support and delivering customized UPS responses tailored to the specific needs and goals of each customer.

Responsibilities

  • Creating proposal documents, presentations, and answering customer questionnaires focused on their needs and objectives in the Healthcare industry.
  • Researching the content library and Seismic.
  • Developing customized slides.
  • Ensuring compliance with Healthcare brand guidelines.
  • Taking ownership of the administrative side of the project: organizing and moderating internal calls, involving UPS subject matter experts from various fields, and following up with tender participants on work progress.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Very high competency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Customer‑service orientation.
  • Organized, flexible, attentive to timelines and quality.
  • Team player who can lead a project and organize the project team’s work.
  • Ability to understand customer situations and requirements as well as UPS needs.
  • Positive attitude.
  • At least 6 months employment track at current position in GBS (for current employees).
