Marketing Manager

Since its founding in 2012, Forte has completed projects in 30 countries across five continents with our main offices in Amsterdam and Warsaw supported by regional offices in Ireland, Australia and France. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing international team.
Role Description:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Forte Renewables' global marketing strategy. You will work closely with the Managing Director, the Business Development team and technical experts to position the company as a leading technical advisor within the renewable energy sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the company's global marketing strategy.
- Managing and strengthening the Forte Renewables brand across all markets.
- Creating compelling marketing content, including case studies, articles, newsletters, brochures and presentations.
- Managing and continuously improving the company website.
- Coordinating social media activities, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Supporting business development by preparing marketing materials for client meetings, conferences and tenders.
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitoring marketing performance using analytics and recommending improvements.
- Coordinating external marketing agencies, designers and suppliers where required.
- Organising the company's participation in industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
- Working closely with engineering teams to translate complex technical topics into engaging marketing content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in renewable energy, engineering, construction or technical consulting would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
