We are seeking a senior Data Architect who blends deep data engineering expertise with strong business acumen. You will design and build the data architecture that will fuel our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This is a critical role aimed at synthesizing complex commercial data points (win/loss analysis, lead times, sales pipelines) into actionable business intelligence, leveraging an enterprise Microsoft technology stack. Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer with a strong focus on business/sales intelligence.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Power BI).
• Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipeline design.
• Ability to analyze and structure commercial metrics (win/loss, pipeline velocity, sales cycles).
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize the data architecture to support sales, marketing, and GTM strategies.
• Synthesize disparate data sources, including win/loss data, sales cycles, and operational lead times, into cohesive data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex GTM questions into technical data requirements.
• Ensure data scalability, security, and governance across the analytics pipeline within the Microsoft ecosystem.
