Your responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and health & safety procedures.

Our requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel is preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Dubai, UAE.
