Duties

Management

Identifying goals and needed resources
Compiling project plans and defining activities
Developing schedules, setting realistic deadlines
Organizing and motivating a team (5+ people)
Keeping communication with end clients on project technical level
Ensuring customer satisfaction WITH the help of account manager

Business analysis

Analysis and translation of business systems into solution concepts
Cooperation with the development team in the software development process
Participation in project valuations (business assumptions, budget, budget and schedule)
Analyzing and managing project risks

Reporting

Reporting to stakeholders on a weekly basis
Creating methods for monitoring progress and measuring results
Controlling deliverables and time management

REQUIREMENTS:
College / University degree
Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies (especially Agile/Scrum principles and practices such as project decomposition, user stories, backlog grooming, iteration/sprint planning, iteration demo, and retrospective)
Proven projects management track record - send us detailed information about the projects you’ve been responsible for
Fluent English (C1/C2)
Great soft-skills including leadership and negotiation abilities
Awesone -  But not a must
Previous experience with product management / development in either software or hardware
Understanding of EU projects - documentation, certificates
Understanding of product life-cycle
