Overview
As a consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality services by leveraging your legal expertise to support Fragomen’s clients directly. You will provide practical, hands‑on guidance throughout the immigration process—counselling clients, assessing eligibility and managing the end‑to‑end preparation and submission of applications to local government authorities. Your work will enable foreign employees of our clients to live and work in Poland compliantly.
Responsibilities
- Support exceptional client relationships by delivering professional and efficient communications.
- Conduct legal research as required to support complex casework.
- Upload and manage documentation with local Immigration Authorities.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients.
- Provide guidance and regular updates to assignees regarding their applications.
- Manage a caseload in an organised and efficient manner while adhering to deadlines.
- Participate as required in client reviews and meetings.
- Prepare reports and be involved in presentations and training.
Qualifications
- Polish inbound immigration experience (Polish‑qualified lawyer not required).
- Experience advising on corporate immigration matters and the ability to manage a high caseload as per business need.
- Knowledge of Polish immigration law.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of productivity.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines and communicate progress to supervisors.
- Flexibility and initiative, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisation skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple small‑scale projects.
- Professionalism, quality service and a "can do" attitude toward internal members, departments of the Firm and external clients and vendors.
