About the project, -> Both building new products from scratch (Discovery phase, defining architecture) as well as continuous development and maintenance of existing applications (including product workshops, backlog management)., , -> Long-term cooperation within dynamic IT projects for external clients (USA, Europe, Poland), , -> Environment: Web and Mobile App, , -> Industries: FinTech & Banking / E-commerce, FoodTech & Restaurant Tech, ConTech / Construction, Social Networking & EdTech / MarTech., , -> Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, Node.js, iOS/Android (Swift/Kotlin), AWS, AI solutions (LLMs: Claude, Gemini; agentic frameworks)., , -> Collaborative and cross-functional approach involving PMs, Product Owners, Architects, and Clients., , -> Solution Types: B2C mobile applications, B2B SaaS platforms, management systems (CRM/ERP), AI/RAG automations, and analytical tools.

Your responsibilities, End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT software development projects (web and mobile) for diverse industry clients, Product Ownership: Develop and maintain product/domain understanding and proactively guide clients through the product's lifecycle by running product meetings/workshops, defining effective solutions, and translating them into a clear and actionable product backlog, Guide cross-functional technical teams, lead project meetings, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with project goals, Drive projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including their ceremonies., Define and manage project scope, track budgets, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies, Clearly communicate project status to both internal and client-side stakeholders, Take active part in streamlining of existing project management processes, Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to optimize project delivery, technical documentation, and team productivity (Claude, Gemini)

4+ years of experience in leading software projects within a software house or a comparable professional environment, Strong skills in gathering requirements and translating them into clear user stories, Demonstrated ability to lead projects using Scrum methodology, Experience in preparing project estimations and diligently managing project budgets, Exceptional communication skills, with C1 English proficiency for engaging client interactions and Polish C1, Practical experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or agentic frameworks to enhance PM and delivery processes, A strong focus on details, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness, Proficiency in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies, Strong capabilities in planning, analysis, coordination, and insightful reporting, Adeptness at finding effective solutions and performing under tight deadlines

Optional, Experience in product-related roles (eg. Product Owner), Technical insight or relevant education, Experience in supporting sales process from PM perspective
