Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate QA teams across multiple squads Monitor testing progress during sprints and report status and risks Define and implement test strategy and improve QA processes Support and expand test automation initiatives Perform hands-on troubleshooting, debugging, and defect analysis Collaborate closely with developers on issue investigation and resolution Mentor testers and stabilize distributed QA team operations Prepare dashboards, reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders Participate in code reviews and improve automation coverage Requirements: Jira, Xray, Postman, UI, API testing, Java, SQL, ETL, SOA, Oracle database, QA, Stakeholder management
