Manul Tester

Job Description :

We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to join a Polish team responsible for developing and maintaining the digital channels of a Brokerage House (Biuro Maklerskie), used by thousands of retail investment clients.

Responsibilities

Testing functionalities delivered in the Brokerage House's digital channels from an end-user (GUI) perspective
Performing functional testing of changes delivered within sprints
Supporting the development team in ongoing verification of implemented changes
Verifying implementation compliance with business-defined acceptance criteria
Identifying, logging, and verifying application defects
Collaborating with developers on root-cause analysis and fix verification
Executing regression tests of digital channels based on scenarios provided by the business
Identifying missing test cases and proposing additions to business owners
Preparing and maintaining test documentation
Reporting test results and the quality of delivered solutions
Reporting observations about issues outside the developed channels (e.g. external system and backend configurations)
Collaborating with business partners, analysts, developers, administrators, and solution vendors

Profile / Requirements :

Polish language proficiency at B2/C1 level (required)
Active B2B (sole proprietorship / jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) required
At least 2 years of experience in manual testing of web or mobile applications
Practical knowledge of software testing processes
Ability to design and execute test scenarios
Experience conducting functional and regression testing
Experience with test and defect management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray, TestRail)
Ability to analyze business requirements and acceptance criteria
Ability to identify and effectively report issues
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
Ability to collaborate with development and business teams
Good work organization and independence
Communicative English(B2)

Nice to Have
Experience in the financial or brokerage sector
Knowledge of the capital market and investment processes
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
Basic knowledge of SQL
Experience testing mobile applications
ISTQB Foundation Level certificate
