Your responsibilities

• Deliver the team's projects within the agreed time, budget and quality standards, and project scope.
• Manage communication between team members and clients.
• Contribution towards the generation of client sales.
• Set priorities for the team. Support the delivery of these priorities.
• Ensure the achievement of project milestones, all projects comply with procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
• Assist team members in all aspects of the process.
• Provide KPI’s reports during and at the end of a project.
• Ensure data integrity.

Our requirements

• 1-2 years team leader experience and 3-5 years project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong time management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and initiative skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and behaviour to retain customers
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of various materials and manufacturing processes including:
• printing, vacuum forming, plastic fabrication, finishing - painting, plating, powder coating
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
