About the project, Your role, As a Pega Senior Business Architect, you will work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and help translate them into effective Pega solutions. You will support process design activities, contribute to backlog refinement, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure business needs are accurately implemented. You will promote Pega best practices and help drive successful business outcomes., , Your project, As Capgemini we are a global partner of Pega and help world’s leading organizations on their digital transformation journeys. Your responsibilities, translating business processes and needs into tailored designs based on Pega Infinity Platform or strategic applications;, advising the client on best practices and usage scenarios;, cooperation with a team of Pega system architects (CLSA, CSSA and CSA);, making sure the solutions meet the highest standards and are up to date with Pega’s latest capabilities.

Pega Business Architect (CPBA) and/or Pega System Architect (CPSA) certification;, min. 4 years of experience in business analysis and design of processes and applications with Pega Infinity Platform;, hands-on Pega Infinity Platform configuration experience;, fluent English and German, both written and spoken;, Solution Designer, Pega Blueprint and AI experience are an advantage;, experience writing user stories and creating functional documentation for complex business processes;, good stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities;, familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
