Medical Science Liaison

AbbVie seeks a Medical Science Liaison to serve as a scientific expert in immunology and dermatology across eight Polish regions. The role involves building relationships with key opinion leaders, conducting scientific exchanges, and supporting clinical research while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish peer-to-peer relationships with external experts and thought leaders in assigned therapeutic areas
• Conduct balanced scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals on AbbVie products and disease states
• Deliver scientific presentations addressing knowledge gaps and support clinical trial investigators
• Collect and report field intelligence on competitor activities, market developments, and educational initiatives
• Serve as internal scientific resource to cross-functional teams and deliver training on products and therapeutic areas

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health sciences or clinical discipline; doctorate preferred (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD)
• Minimum two years clinical, scientific, research, or industry experience
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate clinical data to healthcare professionals
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Polish and English
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment and Medical Affairs functions
• Experience as Medical Science Liaison or similar scientific role preferred
