Join an international automotive environment and take a key role in shaping data-driven B2B services used at scale.

We are looking for a person who combines a solid technical background with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. This role is ideal for someone who understands software development, architecture, cloud and cybersecurity topics, but wants to work closer to solution design, technical alignment, product-related discussions and business collaboration rather than hands-on coding.

You will work at the intersection of technology, product, architecture, suppliers and business stakeholders, helping move complex topics forward and turning business needs into workable technical solutions.

You will join the B2B Data Business team, part of the Connected Technologies division responsible for the companion app, multimedia and B2B data services.

Every day, over 2.5 million vehicles send data to our servers. Based on this data, the team creates products and services for leasing, finance and insurance partners, as well as third-party B2B customers such as fleet companies and data aggregators.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on data-driven products, in a large-scale connected environment, with exposure to modern technology, cybersecurity and AI-related use cases.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• As a Technical Solution Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical alignment across the B2B Data Business domain.
• Leading technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders (Connected Technology, IT&D, Enterprise Architecture, Privacy, Quality, Legal, Regulation).
• Translating business needs into technical concepts and requirements and proposing technical solutions and preparing them for approval.
• Supporting development teams during implementation and collaborating with testing teams.
• ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements, including SSDLC and UN R155,
• proactively identifying and shaping AI use cases based on connected vehicle data,
• explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and practical way

Nasze wymagania

• 4+ years’ experience in in IT, Data, Architecture, Cybersecurity or a related area,
• Previous experience in a similar role as: Technical Product Owner, Solution Expert, Technical Coordinator, Solution Architect, Technical Lead or in a similar cross-functional tech/business role
• Strong understanding of software development environments,
• Previous programming background in Java, Python or another OOP-based language,
• Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally AWS (Azure is also welcome)
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and technical tooling
• Good awareness of cybersecurity concepts, regulations, and documentation requirements
• Knowledge of Regulation 155 (R155) with regards to Cyber security and cyber security management system.
• Knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) process
• Curiosity about AI, data, and business value creation
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to assess problems from a broader perspective
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English skills
