OT Network Support Specialist

• 8+ years of experience in network technology support within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Cisco Router/Switch, Cisco ACI, Juniper Routers, Checkpoint Firewall, DNS, F5 .
• In-depth understanding of network topologies and protocols .
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Splunk, Sevone, NetScout, and Wireshark.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks .
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn new technologies and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE ).
• Experience with network automation or Python scripting .
• Exposure to cloud networking environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
