Recruitment for

our Client for the position of Reporting & Treasury Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Review and analyse monthly management reporting, semi-annual financial reporting, budgets, long-term strategic plans for the Polish operating entities (OpCos)
  • Prepare regular management reports, including performance analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support operating entities in achieving their targets, including trading performance, TWC management, operating cash flow, forecasts, KPI's
  • Coordinate and support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes, liaising with OpCos Financial Directors and Controllers
  • Provide financial input for capital expenditure and acquisition proposals
  • Develop and implement best practices across operating companies in the area of reporting and financial analysis, and ensure alignment with Group policies and standards
  • Translate, implement and supervise the Group Treasury Policy across Polish businesses
  • Manage credit facilities and cash pooling structures for operating companies, and build and maintain strong relationships with corporate banks
  • Review internal control procedures and ensure SOX compliance
  • Prepare presentations and commentaries as needed for key stakeholders
  • Coordinate the work of the controlling team (3 FTE)

Employer requirements

  • University degree
  • +5 years of professional experience in finance preferably in production company
  • Strong management and financial accounting knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting, budgeting and forecasting process as well as treasury management
  • Team player
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly analyse and validate financial and performance data
  • Very strong analytical and logical skills with ability to draw appropriate conclusions and identify inconsistences
  • Demonstrated ability to present and defend opinions/conclusions
  • Drive for results combined with strong attention to details
  • Provide high quality work in terms of equally substance and form
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and effectively drive the change
  • Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP
  • Strong IT orientated with excellent knowledge of MS Office especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • ACCA qualification/in progress
  • Experience in different reporting systems
  • Fluent English
