Responsibilities

• Operating, setting up, and supervising CNC lathes and drills (3 to 5 axes)
• Handling machines with Siemens and Fanuc controls
• Producing and assembling rotary connections and drives, including tooth cutting of components
• Manufacturing large slewing bearings and gearbox components
• Machining elements from various materials (e.g., C45, 42CRMO, GG-GUSS, ST52-3)
• Machining large components, up to 6 meters in diameter
• Measuring and inspecting finished components
• Reading technical drawings and working from CAD data
• Regular maintenance and upkeep of machines

Requirements

• Knowledge of German (minimum conversational level)
• Professional experience
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Willingness to work on the production of technically advanced components
• Cranes certification is a plus (opportunity to obtain this in the company)
