SAP FI / SAP Cash Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities System Implementation & Configuration Configure the automatic payment process for outgoing bank files which include setting up house banks, payment methods, payment advice and if required configuration related to Bank Communication Management (BCM). Configuration to enable the creation of bank files and route it to bank via H2H and sometimes manual creation in SAP. Enabling the import of different kind of bank statement and to ensure that postings are done automatically to the correct GL account for bank and subledger reconciliation. Also need to know how to maintain search strings. Understand the impact of the new bank account and payment method on the vendor and customer payments. Support configuration in S4 HANA Cash Management and good knowledge of exchange rates and their utilization. Support SAP to Non-SAP interface and vice versa. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with treasury, accounts payable and receivable team to streamline the payment process, gather requirements and provide standard solution. Must be updated with the country specific legal requirement and SAP provided solutions. Communicate with banks regarding the IT setup in SAP for new setup and to determine what is required to ensure the processing of the payments. 3. Support & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues for SAP bank management. Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support agile methodology, comfortable using azure board and aware about the agile ceremonies. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of SAP FI- Banking and integration with accounts payable, receivable and GL. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
