C++ Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ developer to join our Market Connectivity team, focused on building ultra-low latency trading systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C++, experience with exchange protocols, and a strong understanding of high-performance computing in financial markets.

• Design, develop, and optimize low latency trading gateways and market access components.
• Implement exchange connectivity for global markets (e.g., NSE, BSE, CME, NYSE, etc.).
• Work closely with traders and business to understand latency-sensitive requirements.
• Tune performance across CPU, memory, and network layers to achieve microsecond-level latency.
• Maintain and enhance existing trading infrastructure with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and monitor systems in production.

*At least 6-12 Years of experience or more is required *Modern C++ (C++17 or later), Multithreading, high-performance, low-latency systems *Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 or later) and multithreaded programming. *Deep understanding of low-level system programming, including memory management and CPU architecture. *Experience with network programming (TCP/UDP, multicast) and Linux kernel internals. *Familiarity with exchange protocols (FIX, OUCH, ITCH). *Proven track record of building high-performance, low-latency systems. *Strong debugging and profiling skills using tools like perf, gdb, Valgrind, etc. *Hands on with Linux and scripting (shell, python).

*Exposure to exchange protocols, AI augmented devleopment (GHCP,Claude Desktop), Python, Java. *Comfortable with 3 days/ week working from Office (WFO). *Experience in financial markets, especially in market access or HFT environments. *Exposure to real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. *Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
