About the Role
We're looking for an early-career Pre-Sales Solution Consultant who understands how complex or discrete manufacturing and assembly environments actually work and is excited to translate that experience into customer-facing solutions.
You'll partner closely with Sales to demonstrate Manufacturo's platform, uncover operational pain points, and work with prospects and customers to understand how Manufacturo will help manufacturers improve traceability, quality, and efficiency across production.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in or around manufacturing operations and is ready to move into a customer-facing, technology-driven role.
Language Requirements
Given the international scope of this role, the following language profile is mandatory:
English – fluent/professional proficiency (required)
French and/or German – fluent/professional proficiency (required)
Additional European languages (e.g. Polish, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
Duties
What You'll Do
The Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant will work individually and as part of the Pre-Sales team to establish the business and technical value of Manufacturo's platform and services. You will communicate the Manufacturo value proposition and deliver operational and digital thread solutions by building and demonstrating the platform in order to secure technical closure in complex solution sales.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead technical presales engagements, discovery, and solution development for customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives
Translate business needs into Manufacturo solutions
Lead customer introductions, proof-of-concepts, and deep dives into Manufacturo to gain alignment on value and successful gap resolution
Deliver compelling presentations focused on business value, architecture, and SaaS capabilities
Build and execute tailored demos and Proofs of Concept
Support technical responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ requests
Coordinate and support the entire customer journey to ensure successful closure and customer handoff
Master the Manufacturo platform and stay current on the product roadmap
Speak to industry standards, trends, and customer use cases across European markets
Required skills
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of manufacturing operations experience in a discrete manufacturing company, or equivalent experience as a presales solution consultant in a similar industry
Knowledge of MES, QMS, Warehouse and inventory management, and related enterprise software systems (CAD, ERP, PLM)
Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills
Comfortable operating in multicultural, pan-European environments
Understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration
Strong presentation skills — both in-person and remote/virtual
Fluent in English plus French and/or German (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus
Comfort working with software tools and learning technical platforms quickly
Eligible to work in the EU/EEA without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with MES solution
Previous experience training end users or testing software
Familiarity with aerospace, new space, drones, robotics, or advanced energy manufacturing sectors
