DevOps Engineer

• 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Proven operational experience with Kubernetes in production or real-world deployments.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
  • Workload Automation
  • Kafka
  • Apache Airflow
• Strong coding/scripting experience (e.g., Python, Java, or similar ).
• Demonstrated experience embedding testing into delivery practices , not just post-facto.
• Excellent communication skills to work across time zones with distributed teams.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with DevOps toolchain : Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub/GitHub Actions.
• Experience with scaling PoC solutions into enterprise-ready platforms (e.g., hardening, automation improvements, monitoring, operational readiness).

Join a newly formed cross-location engineering team driving a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an open-source workload automation platform , with the aim to evolve this PoC into a scalable, production-grade solution .

You’ll play a critical role in architecting, building, and operating the platform and the supporting automation and CI/CD ecosystem with strong emphasis on reliability, security, and observability.
