Senior Field Service Engineer - Affera System, Cardiac Ablation Solutions

Medtronic seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot Affera cardiac ablation systems across Poland. The role involves on-site customer support, preventive and corrective maintenance, technical problem-solving, and coordination with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect and commission Affera systems according to manufacturer procedures and quality standards
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrades and safety checks at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and system-level issues with escalation as needed
• Provide technical support to customers and coordinate resolutions with regional and global teams
• Document service activities, technical findings, parts usage and maintain service inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, biomedical engineering, or related field
• Significant hands-on field service experience with complex medical technology or regulated equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret technical documentation and electrical diagrams
• Fluent Polish and professional English proficiency
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Poland and internationally

Compensation: 156,800–235,200 PLN
