Scrum Master

You are As a Scrum Master working in IT delivery projects, you will be a key enabler for high-performing Agile teams, ensuring smooth delivery, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will champion Agile values and foster an environment of empowerment, accountability, and transparency. This role requires excellent facilitation and coaching skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
