As part of the client's product development team, you will focus on gathering deep user insights, running evaluation studies, and ensuring our client's next-generation online lottery systems deliver intuitive, data-driven player experiences. Our expectations Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UX research, market research, or a related role. Practical experience working alongside design teams with tools like Figma and Zeplin. Portfolio or real-world examples demonstrating applied research methodologies. English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level. Key tasks Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to define key research objectives. Recommend appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods based on project goals, timelines, and business constraints. Plan and execute end-to-end research activities, including developing discussion guides, survey questionnaires, and usability testing materials. Gather user feedback to uncover needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points, using evidence to guide confidence in design decisions. Maintain and organize research findings in a centralized repository while contributing to standardized research documentation processes.
