Data Modeller

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeller to join our client from the financial services sector . In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining data models that support enterprise data platforms and analytics initiatives, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong experience in data modelling for analytical and operational systems.
• Knowledge of data modelling methodologies, including Data Vault 2.0 , Star Schema and 3NF .
• Experience with data profiling, metadata management and source-to-target mapping.
• Ability to analyse complex data structures, including relational databases and semi-structured data (JSON/XML).
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Python knowledge.
• Exposure to big data technologies (e.g. Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience in financial services or enterprise data modelling frameworks.
