Data Analyst / BI Developer

What we're looking forAround 4-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.Strong domain knowledge in eCommerce, with a solid understanding of key industry metrics, customer behavior, and sales funnels.Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning.Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling.Practical experience utilizing Snowflake as a data warehouse user (querying, analyzing, and exploring data).Proficiency in modern BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) with the ability to tell stories through data.Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to draw clear conclusions and present them to both technical and non-technical audiences.Fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling smooth collaboration in an international environment. As a Data Analyst / BI Developer, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business decisions for our eCommerce clients. Utilizing a modern data stack with Snowflake, dbt, and advanced SQL, you will build reliable data models and automate transformation pipelines. You won’t just build dashboards - you will own the end-to-end data process and uncover insights that directly drive business growth.
