Your responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: manage employee onboarding, transfers, contract changes and terminations.
• Manage contracts and personnel files: prepare, review, archive and maintain employee documentation and legalization.
• Calculate and manage attendance: compute working hours, implement and communicate attendance policies.
• Handle employee inquiries: respond to HR-related questions and provide administrative support. • Improve HR processes: Participate in process optimization, propose improvement suggestions, and assist in driving implementation. Support cross functional collaboration to ensure accurate information flow and task progress.
• Basic data reporting and analysis: Prepare basic operational data analysis reports to support management decision-making.
• Benefits operation: support team on benefits operations include benefits (Luxmed, NN, PPK, etc) enrollment and resignation
• Compliance Management: Support supervisors in confirming and managing HR compliance matters to ensure that all HR activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with Manager: coordinate tasks, report progress and execute activities according to Manager’s guidance.
• Other tasks: perform additional duties assigned by the HR Manager. Work split
• This role will not support all of the functions mentioned above, once onboard, the work will split based on the business volume. Candidate will able to handle 2~3 function mentioned above.

Our requirements

• Fluent Polish and English.
• Experience 3+ years in HR SSC / HR operations; HR project experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum (preferred: HR, Law, Psychology, Sociology).
• Experience in logistics/warehouse is a plus.
• Strong communication, service orientation, attention to detail, stress resilience, proficient in MS Office.

• Basic graphic/editing skills;
• Familiarity with HR;
• Ukrainian proficiency
