About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center

The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Our office is based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 120 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.

About the Role

STC Junior Accountant is responsible for timely posting and settlement of liabilities in accordance with applicable contracts, policies, and internal controls. S/he actively cooperates with local markets and supporting functions (Procurement, Master Data, Finance) and handles generic mailboxes (responding to inquiries from our suppliers, employees, and local teams).

Key Responsibilities include

· Timely processing of accounting documents related to liabilities, including employee settlements

· Assisting internal and external supplier inquiries

· Maintaining supplier accounts and reconciling balances

· Reliable and timely execution of activities related to the closing of accounting periods

· Seeking opportunities and proposing improvements and standardization of the P2P process

Qualifications & Experience

· Knowledge of MS Office,

· Fluent English and Polish,

· Experience or education in finance and accounting or related fields,

· Work experience in a Shared Service Finance organization is preferred,

· Improvement and automation driven mindset,

· Effective communication and strong cooperation skills,

· Great team player,

· Processing in ERPs (SAP) would be an asset,

· Knowledge of other European languages is a plus,
