Your responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to the hotel’s standards
• Preparing ingredients and organizing your workstation
• Ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation of dishes
• Following hygiene and food safety standards
• Keeping your workstation and kitchen area clean and organized
• Cooperating closely with other members of the kitchen team
• Supporting smooth daily kitchen operations

Our requirements

• Professional experience as a cook / chef
• Professional culinary education or relevant training is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and a dynamic kitchen environment
• German or English language skills for communication within the international team
• Reliability, motivation and a professional attitude
• Valid residence permit in Austria, Blue Card, RWR Card, or EU citizenship

What we offer

• Salary starting from €2,200–€2,300 net per month (after all taxes)
• Higher salary possible depending on experience and qualifications

Full-time position in 3★ and 4★ family-run hotels in Austria

We are currently looking for several experienced cooks / chefs for different 3-star and 4-star family-run hotels in Austria.

The hotels offer a combination of traditional Austrian and Bavarian cuisine, as well as Italian and international dishes.

You will be working as part of an international kitchen team, where communication is mainly in German or English. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a team, are flexible and can adapt well to a professional hotel kitchen environment.
