• Own and deliver projects within a defined scope
• Develop and adjust project plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align project teams
• Lead full project teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts
• Tailor tools and methods to project context
• Suggest improvements to existing processes
• Manage project risks and make decisions within scope
• Support onboarding of new project team members
• Occasionally involved in tactical planning

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, e.g. in Project Management, Business Administration or similar
• Very good command of English
• Very good command of German
• Experience in managing projects independently, ideally cross-functional (3+ years)

• External project management certification is an advantage
• Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools
• Experience in project planning, tracking and reporting
• Experience in coordinating project stakeholders and workstreams
• Experience in risk, issue and dependency management
• Ability to manage smaller or medium-sized projects independently
• Solid stakeholder communication skills
• Strong decision-making in day-to-day project environments
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Readiness to travel
